Why This Matters

Everything flows from the heart (Proverbs 4:23). Most people try to change from the outside in — new habits, new commitments, more willpower. It doesn't stick because the thing underneath never got touched.

Underneath most reactions is a wound. Underneath the wound is a lie. And underneath the lie is the invitation Jesus has been extending all along.
